Who We Are

The Real Estate Investors Association of Houston (REIA Houston) is Greater Houston’s premier community for real estate investors from first-time buyers to seasoned professionals closing hundreds of deals per year. Founded in 2003 as part of Texas REIAs the Largest Real Estate Investment Association Network in Texas REIA Houston has grown into a trusted hub for education, networking, and real-world deal-making in the Houston market.

REIA Houston is led by Shenoah Grove and Phill Grove two of the most experienced real estate investors in Texas. Shenoah Grove is a licensed Texas Broker and REALTOR who has personally completed over 1,200 real estate transactions since 2003, totaling more than $200,000,000 in value. Together, Shenoah and Phill bring decades of combined experience in the Texas real estate market across multiple market cycles.

Monthly Investor Meetings

Our flagship monthly meetings are held at 2001 Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX. Each meeting features real Houston market insights, deal discussions, and networking with active local investors.

Workshops & Training Sessions

We host in-depth workshops covering topics like fix-and-flip strategies, buy-and-hold investing, creative financing, off-market deal finding, and the Houston market outlook. These sessions are led by active local investors not paid speakers.

The 3-Day Flipping Workshop Flagship Intensive
